Santiago de Chile – Courses
Enrolment fee: 55 USD
One classroom hour is 45 minutes.
A Tandem partner is included in the course price.
On the following legal holidays there are no classes at our language school:
January 01 ; April 22; April 23; May 21; June 27; Julio 16; August 15; September 19 ; October 10 ; October 31; November 01; December 08; During the weeks with holidays we add on 1 extra class per each day left of the week! This is independent of the intensity you might choose.
DELE exam preparation course
This course is offered one a one-on-one basis. The duration and skill level of the course depend on what prior knowledge the participant has and of course on how much time is left before the exam. We will be happy to advise our clients and establish a specific study plan.

General Spanish private classes
Modules of 10 classes per week (2 classes daily) generally taught in the afternoon from 2.30 p.m -4.00 p.m. . Perfect to combine with Intensive group course.

Medical Spanish
This course offers physicians, nurses, medical students and other health professionals the opportunity to build up a specific vocabulary and to put it into practice. We also offer students the possibility to do internships in other health-related organizations. The latter implies extra costs that depend on the training, length of stay and location of the internship. We will be happy to provide case-by-case details.

Spanish and work experience
After a minimum of 2 weeks of Spanish courses, Tandem Santiago offers its students the opportunity to do a (generally unpaid) internship of at least 2 months (in most cases organizations ask for 3 or more months) in a local company or organization. Generally a B1 (intermediate) level is the minimum required level. Main areas of activity: management, engineering, tourism. Other fields of activity upon request. Book at least 2-3 months before travelling.

Our local partner university confirms the amount of contact hours at Tandem Santiago, the level obtained in the included test and the final grade on a 100 scale. With that signed document students can then ask for credits at their home university.
