Academia Bariloche

Academia Bariloche offers Spanish courses year-round in a particularly attractive natural setting, the Nahuel Huapi National Park. The city of Bariloche is indeed located with the park itself. With 100’000 inhabitants it has the sufficient size to offer all necessary infrastructure and amenities and is at the same time sufficiently small to allow for direct contact with the locals.

Academia Bariloche is right in the city center, opposite the central square and on “Main Street”. Located on the second floor of a historic building, the Spanish school premises comprise several classrooms, a lounge, a reception area and a small kitchen. While you will spend your classroom hours inside, our guess is that because the numerous attractions you will want to spend of your stay in Bariloche outside… it is a two minutes’ walk to the lake and you can start walking uphill and eventually into the mountains just behind the school.

All staff is local and extremely qualified. The academic coordinators have a combined 20+ years of teaching experience and we makesure our teachers are motivated and understand the special needs of our students. Most staff have traveled and been in the position of a language learner abroad! If you want to stay longer, we welcome volunteers in different areas of social and ecological work.
