Tandem Santiago

Tandem Santiago Spanish school is located in a wonderful old mansion declared national heritage near the Underground station «Salvador» in Providencia, at the door to the colourful bohemian district of Bellavista. Since 1985, a profusion of restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, and small theatres have sprung up here.

The school was founded in 1992. We offer Spanish language immersion courses and private tuition, lots of extracurricular activities, many housing alternatives and excursions to the fascinating natural spots in the surroundings.

We are a medium-sized Spanish language school with about 600 students per year. All of our teachers are native Spanish speakers with university degrees, and they are specialists in teaching Spanish as a foreign language. Our aim is to create a lively and stimulating relationship between teachers and students. This atmosphere of warmth and sharing ensures rapid progress in a short time. Our goal is to give best choice quality, assuring individual service and a friendly learning atmosphere.

Our quality is certified by Tandem International and ACHELE the national chilean Spanish school Association. Tandem Santiago is authorized for offering “Bildungsurlaub” for germans. We offer University credits through our accreditation through the University Bolivariana, and the Cervantes Institute of Spain has recognized the school as official DELE (Diploma Españo lengua Extranjera) examination center.
